最近在家闲着无聊，就继续两年前的 工作 ，搜索了一下Nature里关于fmri研究的文章。在Google Scholar中用 "fmri" OR "functional magnetic resonance imaging"关键字搜索Nature期刊上的文章，按照被引用次数排序，前十名的文章如下。序号后面的数字为引用次数。 2177. Logothetis et al., (2001). Neurophysiological investigation of the basis of the fMRI signal. Nature 412(6843):150-7. 被引用第一的文章不是研究脑功能的，而是Logothetis研究BOLD信号起源的研究。同时记录fMRI信号以及颅内动作电位 (spike acyivity)和局部场电位 (LFP)。结果发现fMRI信号只与局部场电位相关，与动作电位无关。这个研究不仅验证了用BOLD研究神经活动的合理性，据说也推动了单细胞记录研究对LFP的重视。 1111.
