Nature和Science上的fMRI/PET文章

虽然短期内没有发Nature或Science的可能,但还是不妨仔细研究一下发表在上面的fMRI/PET论文。这样既有利于回顾历史上的重要研究,也能看出一些脑成像研究的发展趋势。

文章主要是我手动从Pubmed搜集的所有发表在Nature和Science上发表的文章。借助云端文献管理软件Mendeley,我分别建立了两个小组来分享发表在NatureScience上的脑成像文章。文章主要以fMRI和PET为主,也有少量的TMS研究。

这么多文章,一篇一篇看过去也是很有趣的。不过把这些文章整理一下,也可以找到一些有趣的趋势。比如,下图就是我统计的各年发表在Nature和Science上文章的数量。



从中可以看出,Nature中fMRI/PET文章发表的高峰在2000年左右,Science的高峰在2008年左右。而在近年,两个期刊发表的文章数量都有下降趋势。这应该不是fMRI文章发表数量降低导致。因为在Pubmed搜索"functional magnetic resonance imaging",可以看出相关fMRI文章的数量是一直上升的。可能是近年来有重大突破的文章越来越少了吧。



最后是根据Google Scholar引用数据统计出Nature和Science分别引用最高的10篇fMRI/PET文章 (序号后的数字表示引用数):
